Richard Pryor is Guilty of being one of the best comedians to ever do it. His offenses, which would be worse today, are: 
* First degree homicide with deadly humor
* First degree voluntary mans-laughter
* 2nd degree arson of blazing saddles
* Felony of being brutally honest and funny while being black in the 1970's and 80's
For those crimes, we hereby sentence Richard Pryor to Life in the Comedy Hall of Fame!
