Had this phrase tattooed on my back for many moons until I recently covered it up (along with all other back tattoo pieces, to replace with an epic full back piece. This phrase couldn't ring any truer in life. Real Eyes (if you keep your eyes open) Realize (if you keep your brain waves open) Real Lies. My daughter can draw eyes flawlessly. Her eye drawings inspired me to test my skill and go for it. She guided me along the way with critique of my troubled areas that didn't look too good. End result is what I think is an amazing piece. Crappiest part was how many times I needed to redo the black outlines around the lettering with each layer of colored paint I put on.
